Hi there! I am a game developer and 3D artist located in Plantation, Florida, and this is my portfolio. I am a graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) where I received my bachelor's degree in interactive development and game design. I also graduated from the Jobtrain Web Coder Bootcamp, where I earned my certification as a front end web developer. My passions are art and gaming, which I'm sure you'll find when you see my work. Google

Worked closely with merchants and customers using the Google Trusted Stores program. Assisted with returns, exchanges, refunds, and appeasements over the phone and via email. Used empathetic conflict resolution skills to ensure that the customer was satisfied, as well as assisting merchants in any way possible. Utilized top quality customer service skills to get highly rated QA and CSAT scores, every time.

Instructor of Game Development

iD Tech Stanford

Taught game development tools and techniques to age groups 7 to 10 and 11 to 17. Instructed classes on the Hammer Editor, UDK and Unreal 3, and Multimedia Fusion Developer 2. Guided students to create functional, playable projects within one week of the start of instruction.

Graphic artist

Yap USA

Built and maintained Yap USA's marketing and promotional materials, as well as providing excellent customer service, ordering, and warehouse management. Working closely with management, I assisted in designing products and brainstorming ideas for new merchandise improvements. I also organized and maintained our web page and various online stores.
